1.	What is the use of Select all option?
	Select all option is used to select all the files and folders present in a folder or drive.
2.	How do you work with On-screen Keyboard?
	After opening the On-Screen keyboard, type using the mouse or another pointing device by just clicking the required key.
3.	How do you create a shortcut for any file/folder on the desktop?
	Select the file/folder, Right click on file/folder and select Send To option, Select the Desktop to create a shortcut on the desktop.

	The Windows Explorer program is efficient for viewing files/folders in Windows.

	Group by option organises files and folder by breaking them into different sections. 1)      Name: It organises files and folders in alphabetical order by their name. 2)      Date modified: It arranges icons in the ascending order of modification date. 3)      Type: It organises files and folder according to their file type. 4)      Size: It organises files and folders in order of file size.
6.	What do you mean by CD burning?
	CD burning is the process of copying data to CD/DVD.  To burn a CD/DVD we require a recordable CD drive or DVD drive, a writable CD or DVD-ROM, a CD or DVD burning software installed on your computer.
7.	What are Libraries in Windows 7?
	Libraries are user defined collections of content.  It is a kind of folder used to manage documents, music, pictures and other files.
